I want to install the software on a laptop and a on a PC. Do I need two separate licenses?
Yes, the software is licensed for single product use. Consequently you will need 2 separate licenses if you wish to install the software on a laptop and PC, for example.
I'm trying to enter a license key but your site says the key is invalid
Please ensure you have entered your name exactly as you did so at the beginning of the registration process. We do not recommend entering license data manually – copy it using 'Ctrl + C' and paste it using 'Ctrl + V' hotkeys. Do not copy include any spaces or quotation marks.
Also please make sure that you have entered the license key for the appropriate product (the license key for Poster Printer will not work for Poster Designer).
What is the difference between Home, Business and Enterprise licenses?
Home License is for personal and non-commercial use only. With a single license copy, you can install the software on a single computer.
A Business License allows commercial use of the software. Business Licenses are required for any commercial enterprise, no matter what size. With a single Business License you can install the software on a single computer. As with the Home License, the computer and software may be used by any number of individuals, but only on that one system.
An Enterprise License allows for installing the software on an unlimited number of computers at an unlimited number of locations within a single company or organization (both for-profit and non-profit) requiring software for general commercial use or for non-commercial purposes.
What is the duration of a license? Will it expire if I do not use it for some time?
Your software registration is not time-sensitive. Once registered you need never renew the license for the software version you bought. In the event the software is ever updated, you will be advised of the availability of these updates and any fees that may but are unlikely to be required to update your existing software.
